When a new project opens, the AEC fee-stage template is applied. You do not build the list from scratch, it is already in the project.
Percentages are shares of the contract fee and add up to 100.
Two separate rates
Cost rate and bill rate resolve separately at the work date, so a June raise does not change what March cost.
The calendar changes capacity
The work calendar carries public holidays and moved working days, so capacity shrinks in a holiday week.
A spreadsheet remembers. This calculates.
A sheet writes down what you typed until you type it again; this recalculates itself on every change.

Price depends on exactly two things: how many people use the system and how much storage the account needs.
Nothing held back
No feature is withheld by plan, because there is no module system to withhold: every account gets the complete product.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most
What happens to my data when the trial ends?
Nobody is locked out. Everyone can still sign in, read every project and export it, nothing new can be created or edited. Data is kept for 90 days, and the account is never deleted.
Who can see what people cost?
The cost rate is salary-adjacent, so it sits behind its own permission. A project manager can see the hours worked without seeing what those hours cost the practice.
Will my team learn to use it?
The interface is in Azerbaijani, there is in-product help with an Azerbaijani glossary, and we run the first setup session together with you.
Where is my data, and how separated is it from other accounts?
Each account's data is isolated at the query level as a global rule, so it never mixes with another account's. There is an audit log, and files are held in object storage.
How long does moving over take?
No, there is no import tool and none is promised. We enter your first project, its stages and its rates together in one session: you start with live jobs, not the archive.
Is there drawing revision or document version control?
No, not yet. Tasks take file attachments, and contracts come with templates, a counterparty portal and their own revisions. Drawing revision control is on the roadmap.
