This page explains what data is collected when you sign up for BIMPulse and while you use it, why it is collected, and how you can control it. It is kept short and plain on purpose, because it is meant to be read.
Who the controller is
ONYX MMC is the controller of your data. BIMPulse is operated by this company. If you have any questions, write to salam@bimpulse.app.
What we collect
- At sign-up: your name, your work e-mail address and your company name.
- As you use the product: whatever you enter yourself, such as projects, hours worked, rates and documents.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: to run your account and store what you enter.
- To verify that your e-mail address really belongs to you.
- To contact you about your trial.
E-mail verification
An account only becomes usable once its e-mail address is verified. An unverified account cannot use the product.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When a trial ends, the account switches to read-only: nothing is deleted immediately. In that state the data is kept for 90 days, after which a person, not an automated process, decides whether it is removed.
Your rights
- Access your data.
- Correct it.
- Ask for it to be deleted.
- Export it: this is already built into the product.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. To keep the service running we use service providers in the following categories only: hosting infrastructure, file storage for your documents, and e-mail delivery.
