Did this project make money, or not?
For architecture and engineering practices: fee stages, man-hour plans, timesheets and project profit in one system.

- Contract value
- AZN 96,000
- Hours logged
- 900 / 1,392
- Margin
- 20.2%
The figures come from a sample account. The screen is the product itself.
The same four questions on every job. The answer arrives once the month closes.
Hours in a spreadsheet, and collected late
Engineers write their hours down from memory. You learn who worked on what only once the month closes.
A stage's percent is known, its progress is not
The contract fixes what percent of the fee each stage carries. Nobody can say how much of it is actually done.
Whose hours went where
How many hours went to which job, and who on the team is already over allocated, stays invisible.
The job was delivered, the profit was never worked out
The project closed, but nobody put cost and revenue side by side and read the profit off them.
These four answers should not wait for month end. They should be visible while work is happening.
An hour is written down once, and everything else comes out of it
The hour an engineer enters on the timesheet moves on its own from stage to invoice to project profit.
- 1
Contract value
The contract amount, its reference and its signing date go on the project.
- 2
Fee stage
Each stage carries a percentage share of the contract value.
- 3
Man-hour plan
It states how many hours the tasks under the stage need.
- 4
Weekly timesheet
An engineer enters hours on a weekly grid, and an approved cell locks.
- 5
Two rates
Cost rate and bill rate resolve separately, at the entry's own work date.
- 6
Invoice
The stage's fee goes out to the client as an invoice.
- 7
Project profit
Labour and other cost come off recognised revenue, and the margin is left.
The numbers cannot disagree with each other, because they all come from the same entry.
A new project does not open empty
The moment a project opens, the AEC fee-stage template is applied. You do not build the list from scratch, it is already inside the project.
Percentages are shares of the contract fee and add up to 100.
- 10%
Concept design
Initial concept and massing decisions are set.
- 20%
Preliminary design
Planning and engineering decisions are agreed.
- 45%
Detailed design
The construction documents are produced.
- 10%
Expert review and approvals
The project goes through state expert review and approval.
- 15%
Site supervision
The designer supervises on site during construction.
Two separate rates
Cost rate and bill rate resolve separately at the work date, so a raise granted in June does not change what March cost.
The calendar moves capacity
The work calendar holds public holidays and moved working days, so capacity shrinks by itself in a holiday week.
These are the product screens
Not a mockup, a capture: taken from a working account, with sample client names and sample amounts.

Contract value, client, completion, and each stage with its hour budget and the hours logged against it.
A spreadsheet remembers. This calculates.
A sheet only knows what you typed into it. This recalculates itself after every change.

We do not migrate an archive, we run one stage through the system
The trial is not a walkthrough. Inside it you take one real fee stage on your own project from start to finish.
Sign up, no card
You verify your e-mail, which takes two minutes. The 15 day trial opens with 5 seats and 2 GB of storage, and no card is asked for.
We build the first project together
In one session of 60 to 90 minutes we enter your first project, its stages and its rates by hand. No archive needed.
You take one stage to the end
You run one real fee stage to completion: hours go in, the invoice comes out, the margin shows.
Trial terms
- Duration

- Users
- 5seats

- 2GB
- Scope
- The complete product
If the trial ends without a contract, the account turns read-only: everyone can still sign in, read every project and export it. Nothing is deleted, and data is kept for 90 days.
How the price is arrived at
We do not sell a ready-made package. The price is worked out with you, against the size of your account.
Two measures
Price depends on exactly two things: how many people sign in, and how much storage the account needs.
Nothing held back
There is no module system, so no feature is withheld by plan. Every account gets the complete product.
No card required
No card at sign-up, no self-serve payment, and no plan picker to choose from.
A person sets the price
After the trial we agree your contracted price with you directly and put it in the contract. There is no checkout.
Questions we hear most
What happens to my data when the trial ends?
Nobody is locked out. Everyone can still sign in, read every project and export it, only nothing new is created and nothing existing is edited. Data is kept for 90 days, and the account is never deleted.
Who can see what people cost?
The cost rate sits close to salary, so it is behind its own permission. A project manager sees the hours worked without seeing what those hours cost the practice.
Will my team learn to use it?
The interface is in Azerbaijani, there is in-product help with an Azerbaijani glossary, and we run the first setup session together with you.
Where is my data, and how is it separated from other accounts?
Each account's data is isolated at the query level as a global rule, so it never mixes with another account's. Every change lands in an audit log, and files are held in object storage.
Is there an import tool for moving old data over?
No, there is no import tool and we do not promise one. We enter your first project, its stages and its rates together in one session. You start with live work, not the archive.
Is there drawing revision or document version control?
Yes. Every project has a document register: each document is registered by its own code (A-101, say), title, discipline and fee stage, and its revisions stack up under it. The history is append only: an old revision is never deleted, only marked as superseded by a newer one, with the issue date and the person who issued it. Every revision keeps a SHA-256 fingerprint, so you can prove a file was not altered afterwards. Heavy CAD files (RVT, DWG, IFC) can stay on your own server: we then keep only the link and the fingerprint, the file is never copied to us and it takes no space against your storage limit.
Let us look at the numbers on one of your own projects
We do not walk through the product, we work out your own project's fee stages, hours and profit together.
