What the service is

BIMPulse is a system built to run the project economics of architecture, engineering and design practices. An account may only be opened for work purposes, on behalf of a company or organisation.

The trial

Sign-up starts a free 15-day trial. The trial covers 5 seats and 2 GB of storage. It is the complete product: no feature is held back. No card is required.

After the trial

When the trial ends, the account switches to read-only: you can still sign in, see every project, and export your data, but you cannot create or edit anything new. Nothing is deleted. To continue, a contracted price is agreed with a person; there is no self-serve payment.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content.
• No attempt to break the isolation between accounts.
• No reselling of the service.

Your data is yours

Everything you enter into the system belongs to you. You can export it at any time.

Availability

BIMPulse is currently in its pre-launch period, and the service is provided as-is. No availability guarantee, or service level commitment, is made.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Even then, your data is not destroyed without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will let you know through the e-mail address linked to your account.
